Lucie has a passion for teaching and passing on knowledge to others of what helps her physically and mentally through the practice of yoga.
She wants you to feel more relaxed yet energised, working hard but with ease and enjoyment. Lucie is happiest when by open water, and is an enthusiastic freediver, there's certainly a thing or two she can teach you about breath control!
