Liz Joy Oakley
Liz specialises in stress reduction focused yoga, using the physical practice to help improve our mental wellbeing. Having experienced her own journey recovering from a high stress City job, she found yoga to be the only thing that helped her feel better.
​
Her aim is to cultivate as much joy as possible through her work, from yoga to working with a host of charities, shining a light into the darkest corners of the Earth. Liz loves being out in nature, eating Japanese food, and doing headstands (it gives her a different perspective on the world).
Her classes will restore, re-energise and relax you and her energy is contagious
