Bianca has been getting on the mat as a daily ritual for the last decade. She believes that yoga is a life long journey and teaches to help you be your best self, both on and off the mat.
Her classes focus on breath and alignment, beginning with breath and awareness, followed by mindful movement through our own bodies, giving time to pause and recognise what our body is telling us.
She's happiest when she's doing what she loves, as that means you can be anywhere and be happy (but otherwise she loves the beach!).
