Pilates & Barre
The AAA (Ass, Arms & Abs) - This is a whole body workout that combines elements of Barre, Pilates and cardio. With steady isometric movements, detailed muscle activation, and micro movements you'll take major muscle groups to fatigue. This is how you build strength, endurance, and improve your alignment and posture.

The Burn (Dynamic Pilates) - A mat based class that uses isometric exercises and stretches. This is a full body conditioning workout with big focus on the glutes and core.

The Tone (Barre) - Our signature barre class - a low-impact, strength-based workout influenced by ballet. Isometric training with a touch of dance discipline, for the fitness nuts out there.

Yoga
The Flow - Our signature yoga class - a vinyasa flow suitable for all levels. A deep stretch for an accessible mind-body connection.​

The Yin - A rejuvenating, gentle yoga flow using props to comfort, open the joints and release tension. Good for anyone who has an injury or needs a bit of self-care.

The Release - A perfect blend of smooth slow flow yoga and calming, restorative yin to gently open up the body and mind, finding the space to move, stretch and surrender.
Boxing
The Hustle - Our signature boxing conditioning class - a chance to learn some technique and improve fitness through intense fast-paced boxing drills.


HIIT & Strength
The Feeling - Our signature HIIT class - a high-intensity full-body workout using a range of equipment, designed to get you sweating and your muscles working.
